General Terms and Conditions

Payment methods


We can accept bank transfer in EUR and CZK. For all other currencies we can only accept Paypal at the moment.

Shipping policy

 

In stock carriers are shipped within 2 business days after receiving a cleared payment. Co-ops and customs are shipped within 2 business days after the carrier is finished. International orders are shipped priority mail with delivery confirmation. Please consult the rate to your destination by email before ordering. If you would like insurance please let us know and we'll give you a quote as well.

Return/Exchange policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will work with you to make sure you are happy.

In-stock returns
We will accept returns requested within 30 days (international) or 14 days (domestic) of receipt of your carrier if you are unhappy with a product that was 'in-stock' when you purchased it.  We accept returns due to manufacture defect only. Returns will not be accepted if you decide you do not like the product upon receipt and wish to try a different one, or if you change your mind about which design you chose. Returns will only be accepted if the carrier is in brand new/unwashed condition. Returns will only be accepted from sales that were generated directly from us.  If your carrier came from a third party, you must take your complaint to those persons.
We will refund the full amount minus shipping.
Please do not return products without first contacting us for return authorization.

Exchanges

Exchange will only be accepted if the product has been grossly misrepresented or if there is a flaw in the product.  Your carrier will then be replaced or fixed.
Exchanges will only be accepted if the carrier is in brand new/unwashed condition. 
Exchanges will only be accepted from sales that were generated from this website.  If your carrier came from a third party, you must take your complaint to those persons.

Returns/exchanges on custom orders

For custom orders, if you notice a problem with your carrier, we will do an exchange for the same product. We do not give refunds on custom orders. We must approve all exchanges by email.

Repairs
Our carriers are made to last.  But, if you find that over time, your Petite Panda is in need of repair, please contact us via email and we will discuss options.  We will always stand behind our work and will work to make every customer happy with their carrier. 

Please note: These carriers are made of fabric, and fabric has limitations. It will not last forever.  Fabric wear is to be expected with frequent use, and especially so if machine washed.

Warranty 

 

There is a one year non-transferable warranty on all carriers that are sold through our site/us. The warranty applies only to the construction of the materials and does not cover normal wear and tear. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for the original owner if there is a manufacture defect; otherwise it is the responsibility of the current owner to pay for the shipping.
Custom carriers will be covered for the materials that we use, but not for the print fabrics. This means that the strap materials and buckles are covered, the silk that you might choose is not.

Please note: Any alterations to the carrier either by the purchaser or by a third party will void the return policy and warranty. We will not accept returns from third party users or anyone that is not the original purchaser.

Privacy policy


Petite Panda Carriers will never disclose your information to anyone, for any reason. You may get follow up emails from us personally to see if you were satisfied with your purchase.
